The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has introduced the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026) through General Circular No. 01/2026, providing a major one-time compliance opportunity for defaulting companies.
Effective from 15 April 2026 to 15 July 2026, the Scheme permits companies to file pending statutory forms — MGT-7 / MGT-7A / AOC-4 (all variants) / ADT-1 / FC-3 / FC-4 and forms under the Companies Act, 1956 — at only 10% of the normal additional filing fees.

Additional Benefits Under the Scheme
Companies may also:
• Apply for Dormant Status under Section 455 at 50% of the normal filing fee
• File STK-2 (Strike-off application) at 25% of the applicable fee
Immunity Provision
The Scheme grants immunity from prosecution for delayed filings, subject to prescribed conditions.
However, immunity will not apply in cases where:
• Notices under Sections 92 or 137 have been issued, and
• Adjudication has already been completed in specified matters.
Exclusions
The Scheme is not available to:
• Companies already under final strike-off notice
• Companies that have applied for voluntary strike-off
• Dissolved or amalgamated entities
• Dormant companies
• Vanishing companies
⚠️ Post 15 July 2026, the Registrars of Companies (RoCs) are expected to initiate strict regulatory action against companies that continue to remain non-compliant.
